I chose to go to Animas because I decided that I wanted to be challenged during my high school career. I spent all of 8th grade deciding upon AHS or DHS and in the end I saw more reason to go to Animas. I was torn between spending my high school life at DHS with my friends with a much less rigorous academics, or Animas where I would be challenged to do my best however I would have less of my friends there. In the end I figured that a promising future was going to be better than living the cliché high school experience
